New Drop-Off Morning Procedure

BDC Families,

Due to the colder temperatures outside, we need to make an adjustment to our drop off procedures. Please allow your child to get out of the car and walk to their designated location. They should know where to go each morning. Their temperatures will be taken right inside the door. If there is a line of traffic, please allow them to get out of the car once you are close enough to the sidewalk for them to walk safely inside. This is to make traffic flow a little faster. Please be aware that if they have a temperature upon entering the building, we will be calling you to come back and get them. It would help if you could watch from the parking lot to make sure we do not need you for anything. Please make sure we have up-to-date phone numbers for the person or persons who could pick up your child. If you have a way to check your child’s temperature before leaving home, please do this to help eliminate any issues at school. I ask that you be patient with us as we make this transition to a new process. This new process will begin on November 30th.

Thank you,

Ms. Cope
